Community Guidelines
To keep TOLOCA safe and respectful, all users must follow these guidelines.
1. Respect Other Users
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, bullying, sexual exploitation, fraud, impersonation, and excessive spam are strictly prohibited.
2. Illegal or Dangerous Activities
TOLOCA has zero tolerance for illegal activities including illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, human exploitation, financial scams, phishing, fake documents, and any activity violating Philippine law.
3. Listings and Services
Users must not publish fake or misleading listings, use unauthorized images, misrepresent qualifications, or manipulate reviews and rankings.
4. Chat Safety
Do not use chats to send spam, scams, malicious links, harassment, or harmful content. TOLOCA uses automated and manual moderation to reduce abuse.
5. Reporting & Blocking
Use in-app Report or Block features for prohibited behavior. We investigate reports and take appropriate action. Malicious false reporting may result in suspension.
6. Offline Safety
Users are responsible for personal safety during offline meetings and service activities. Exercise caution with strangers. Meet in public spaces when possible.
7. Payments
TOLOCA does not process payments. All transactions are peer-to-peer. TOLOCA is not liable for payment disputes. Use caution when sending money.
8. Platform Integrity
Do not bypass security measures, use unauthorized bots or scrapers, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
9. Enforcement
TOLOCA may issue warnings, restrict features, remove content, or permanently ban accounts at its discretion.
Reports, moderation records, and enforcement actions may be retained for platform safety, even if accounts involved are later deleted. Deleted users may appear as “Deleted User” in shared content.
10. MVP Status
TOLOCA is in an MVP phase. Safety tools and moderation processes are evolving.
