Delete Your Account
How to delete in the app
Open the TOLOCA app and go to:
Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is processed automatically. After deletion you are signed out and returned to the welcome screen.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@toloca.app with:
- The email or phone number on your TOLOCA account
- Subject: “Delete my account and associated data”
Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Account credentials and login access
- Client profile (name, phone, addresses, preferences)
- Specialist profile, if applicable (name, bio, experience, availability)
- Private data: favorites, hidden listings, blocked users
- Calendar, availability settings, personal events
- Notification history and device registration
- Profile photos and account media currently stored by TOLOCA
If you have both Client and Specialist profiles, both are deleted. Deletion is account-wide.
What is deactivated
Active service listings are deactivated and removed from search results.
What may be retained or anonymized
- Reviews you wrote may show your name as “Deleted User”
- Chat messages may remain visible to the other participant
- Completed transaction records may be retained with personal details removed
- Reports, moderation records, and safety logs may be retained
- The deletion request may be retained as an audit record
Some retained records may keep internal identifiers for audit or safety purposes, but the deleted user’s profile and authentication account are removed and no longer resolve to an active account.
Active obligations
If you have active orders, bookings, rentals, or other unresolved obligations, your account cannot be deleted until they are completed or cancelled.
